Yanu Wiriasmoko
Yanu holds a double degree in Economics and Law, both from the University of Indonesia in Jakarta. He is a very active member on the various teams within the firm and has already had considerable experience in major mergers and acquisitions transactions including (i) the acquisition of PT Petrokimia Nusantara Interindo, (ii) representing Holcim (the second largest cement company in the world) in acquiring and restructuring PT Semen Cibinong Tbk, including the restructuring of the associated USD 1.2 billion debt, and (iii) representing Petroliam Nasional Berhad (Petronas) in the process of acquiring Devon Indonesia. Additionally, he has also been involved in several private placement and corporate finance transactions during the past 3 years.
