Tunggul Purusa Utomo

Tunggul completed his law studies at the University of Indonesia in 2001 and prior to that the Banking Program at the Polytechnic Institute of the University of Indonesia. After joining AHP he has worked on various legal due diligence matters and is a member of the team representing a major private hospital and foundation in Bogor. Tunggul’s other experiences include preparing for the proposed IPO of Satelindo, a bond issuance transactions for PT Indosat Tbk. and the acquisition of PT Petrokimia Nusantara Interindo by Indika Group. Tunggul is involved in a team working for various initial public offering works, including PT Elnusa Tbk and PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Tbk.
