Teddy Trianto Antono
Teddy has been dealing with several corporate commercial transactions, particularly in capital market and merger & acquisition. He has taken part in the initial public offering of BTN, Berau Coal acquisition, debt restructuring projects, rights issue and is currently handling due diligence exercise for bonds issuance and other financings.
Teddy graduated from the law school of the Parahyangan Catholic University in 2009, after which he immediately joined the firm. During his studies, he was an active member of Parahyangan International Law Society, where he represented the university in numerous competitions at both the national and international levels.
