Putu Suryastuti
As a highly self-motivated lawyer who graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Indonesia in November 2000, Putu has extensive experience in various corporate legal work, including debt and corporate restructuring transactions, capital market related projects, banking and finance, investment, general corporate and other corporate matters including representing Swiss Asia Global Consortium in the acquisition of majority stake in PT Bank Lippo Tbk. Currently she is representing Rabobank Netherlands in the fit and proper test of Rabobank Netherlands as the candidate of PT Bank Haga and PT Bank Hagakita ultimate shareholders.
Putu has a good command of English and is computer literate which are ably supported by good communication skills which have enabled Putu to build an impressive list of clients and transactions in her relatively short legal career.
