Mohammad Renaldi Zulkarnain
Renaldi is an associate in AHP. Prior to joining the firm in January 2005, Renaldi was an intern in Banking and Finance Project Practice Group at Hadiputranto Hadinoto and Partners.
Renaldi is interested in corporate transactions and capital markets, and has worked with teams on various corporate finance transactions, including debt and equity securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate work.
Renaldi obtained his law degree in University of Indonesia before the age of 21, majoring in Economic Law.
