Kuamila Geizla Rasha
Kuamila Geizla Rasha joined AHP in 2009, soon after she graduated cum-laude from the law school of University of Atma Jaya Jakarta.
Kuamila has been involved in several corporate commercial transactions, particularly in capital market and merger & acquisition. She has taken part and assisted in the initial public offering of BTN, rights issue, preparation and filings of offering circulars, and reports to capital market authorities. She is currently involved in an acquisition of an Indonesian bank.
