Intan Paramita
Mita graduated from Faculty of Law of University of Indonesia, majoring in Economic Law.
n June 2007 Mita joined the AHP team as an intern and promoted as an associate in January 2008. Mita’s particular interests are in the legal aspects of corporate commercials and capital market. Some of the major matters that Mita has participated on include Initial Public Offering, Right Issue, Bond Issuance and Acquisition matters.
During her time in the law faculty, Mita was a member of Asian Law Student Association (ALSA) as an English Training Manager. Mita was also involved in the committee of ALSA Asian Forum.
