Eri Raffaera Budiarti
Eri started practicing law right after graduating from University of Indonesia in 1995. Eri currently specializes in corporate law, banking and finance.
Eri joined Lubis Ganie Surowidjojo, one of the premier law firm in Jakarta, in 1995, before joined Nurjadin Sumono Mulyadi Pratanto since 2006. As an experienced lawyer, Eri was involved in a number of legal practice areas and various large transactions. Eri took an active role in representing PT Pertamina (Persero) on its USD 1 billion financing to recommence a petrochemical facility in Tuban owned by PT Trans Pacific Petrochemical Indonesia and was an active member of a legal team assisting the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA) in its efforts to restructure the domestic banking sector. Eri is a registered member of the Indonesian Bar Association (AKHI).
