Eri Hertiawan
Eri Hertiawan, S.H., LL.M graduated from the Law Faculty of the
Parahyangan Catholic University, Bandung, in 1992, majoring in Civil Law. In August 2005, Eri obtained a Master of Law degree from the University Of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia.
Before joining Assegaf Hamzah & Partners Law Firm, Eri joined
Adnan Buyung Nasution & Partners Law Firm in February 1999 until mid July 2008 as Litigation Lawyer and appointed as Partner in 2001. Eri has also working experience with Kusnandar & Associates Law Firm as Corporate Lawyer from June 1992 until May 1995, and working with PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk. as Corporate Legal Manager from May 1995 until February 1999. During his past working experience, Eri has experienced in handling arbitration case representing among others PT Asuransi Raksa Pratikara concerning insurance claim, BP formerly Arco concerning security deposit, and various commercial court proceeding representing among others PT (Persero) Garuda Indonesia concerning purchase of airplanes, PT Garuda Maintenance Facilities AeroAsia concerning workmanship warranty, PT Cipta Televisi Pendidikan Indonesia concerning outstanding debt as well as representing PT (Persero) Angkasa Pura I and PT Sicpa Peruri SecureInk concerning anti-monopoly issues.
