Ellrico Parulian Situmorang
Ellrico obtained his law degree in 2006 from faculty of Law, Parahyangan Catholic University. Showing his great interest for the legal issues, in 2004 he joined the legal aid institute of his university and appointed as the senior staff in 2005.
Right after his graduation from the university, he joined the Adnan Buyung Nasution & Partners in 2006 and the Gani Djemat & Partners in 2007, two of a few prominent law firms in Jakarta and therefore it gave Ellrico the ability to handle various types of clients as well as legal issues. Ellrico has been putting his best effort and concentration on the litigation and dispute resolution. He has involved in various cases, civil and criminal, amongst other are the corruption cases, labor issues and also press/media litigation. Ellrico was involved in the press litigation case, representing the New York Times against the claim of Richard Bruce Ness, known as the ex-President Director of the Newmont Minahasa Raya regarding the publication of the New York Times.
