
Bono Daru Adji
Bono obtained his LLM from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia in 1995. After graduating he joined Bakrie & Brothers as in-house counsel. Bono joined Hadiputranto, Hadinoto & Partners in 1997, and in 2002 joined Assegaf Hamzah & Partners.
Bono has represented Bank Danamon and IBRA in the Merger of 9 major Indonesian Banks during the bank restructuring process. He also assumed a lead role in devising the acquisition structure and purchase of 49% of PT Indosiar Visual Mandiri Tbk. by a strategic investor. Bono has also worked extensively on the various public offering works, most recently among others, the IPO of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk, IPO of the PT Elnusa Tbk and PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Tbk as well as bonds issuance of PT Indosat Tbk and Sukuk Ijarah PT Indosat Tbk 2008. Bono also represented Rabobank Netherlands in the acquisition of PT Bank Haga and PT Bank Hagakita and the fit and proper test process.
