Ari Juliano Gema

Ari majored in International Law during his law studies at the University of Indonesia. His preference and expertise is in commercial law practice, primarily in Corporate & Investment Law, Telecommunication Law, Information Technology and Intellectual Property Law.

With Assegaf Hamzah & Partners, Ari has assisted several of Assegaf Hamzah & Partners technology clients including PT Agranet Multicitra Siberkom and PT Sumberdaya Info Prima, in their legal matters. Additionally, Ari has worked on the Jakarta Stock Exchange technology procurement transaction.

For a year prior to joining Assegaf Hamzah & Partners, Ari worked with Ali Budiardjo, Nugroho, Reksodiputro (January 2000 - January 2001).

Outside of his legal practice, Ari holds real interests in matters concerning the Law and Technology, a subject in which he had written various articles for several online and off line journals and media providers in Jakarta. He is also digitally active in participating in various Internet based mailing lists and discussion groups where the two subjects collide.
