Ahmad Maulana
Alan obtained his law degree majoring in procedural law from Faculty of Law University of Indonesia, in 2003.
Having great interest in politics and good governance as well as clean judicature, Alan started his career as a researcher in Judicial Monitoring Society in Faculty of Law University of Indonesia. The same interest has lead him to join Media Center KPU, a UNDP program aiming at disseminating information related to the General Election in Indonesia.
As a lawyer, Alan puts his strongest ability in litigation and dispute resolutions. He also familiar with wide issues of corporate matters specially shipping financing which enables him to establish good networking with leading Singaporean Law Firms.
Prior to joining Assegaf Hamzah & Partners, Alan was a member of Minang Warman Sofyan & Associates (MWSA) Law Offices, where he represents several land acquisition matters for Indian companies investing in Indonesia, including TVS Motor and India Nippon Electricals Limited.
Outside the office, this jazz lover lawyer still active in several social organization as well as religious organizations which enables him to maintain strong networking within his social circles.
